When reporting a bug, please include your iOS version, device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro), and a short description of what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
How to Play
- A block slides back and forth (or front and back) above the tower.
- Tap anywhere on the screen to drop the block.
- Line it up with the block below — landing it exactly is a Perfect, and your base will not get carved away.
- If part of the block hangs off the edge, that piece crashes away, and the next block will be narrower.
- When the base disappears completely, the game ends with a cinematic fly-up of your tower.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I mute the sound effects?
- Tap the sound icon in the top-right corner of the screen to toggle audio on or off. Your choice is saved on your device.
- What does the "Continue" / rewarded ad do?
- On the game-over screen you can choose to watch a short rewarded ad to continue your run from where it ended. Rewarded ads are always optional — you can decline and start a new run instead.
- Why do I see ads?
- Void Stacker is a free game and is supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob and may include app-open, banner, and rewarded formats. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- What is the "Allow Tracking" prompt on first launch?
- That is Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Choosing Ask App Not to Track means the app will not access your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Ads will still be shown — just non-personalized ones. You can change your choice any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Haptics or sounds are not working.
- First, make sure your device is not in Silent / Low Power mode and that the in-app sound toggle is on. Haptics require a supported iPhone with Haptic Engine and may be limited if Reduce Motion is enabled in iOS Accessibility settings.
- The app crashed or froze.
- Try force-quitting the app and relaunching. If the issue persists, please email us at support@kozuke.dev with your iOS version and device model.
- How do I reset my high score?
- Deleting and reinstalling the app will clear all locally stored data, including your high score and sound preference.
- Which iOS versions are supported?
- Void Stacker requires iOS 18 or later.
